Return Policy:
Due to the constant inventory changes, not all exchange requests can be guaranteed!

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS!
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you make your purchase. After that 14 days, we can not process a return. Merchandise can be returned for store credit ONLY.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:
Item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

STORE CREDIT:
Once we receive and have inspected your returned item(s), then your refund will be processed to you as store credit. You will receive a email, in the form of a gift card, with no expiration. Please allow up to 48 hours for your store credit to be processed and emailed to you.

REFUNDS:
We can only issue a refund if items are defective and damaged. All other returns will be issues as store credit.

DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages in the mail.

If your package gets damaged, lost, or stolen you will need to file a claim with USPS, one your package is in the hands of USPS The Feathered Buffalo is not held responsible

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN:

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking information.
